1kg lost within 3 days !!!

Hye u'olls ... how was your weekend ?? Obviously , iera happy n bangga sgt2 ... heee...
Akhirnya , berjaya trn 1 kg dlm ms 3 ari jew ... hikhikhik ..(kecoh r dia ni kan) ... iera menyamar jd kambing !! huh ??? slama 3 ari ni iera cut all the carbo ok ... breakfast , lunch n dinner everything in green colour kawwww...
petang td pas g gym dgn takutnye try la timbang bert iera n wahhhh ... i've lost 1 kg !!! chaiyokkkkkk ... another 11kg to fight !! korang sume macam mn plak ?? jom la diet sambil2 tuh jg bdn kita ...skang ni mcm2 penyakit yg ada ...

huhu... sama la kite..
on diet dah...
en tunang n org sekeliling byk kali dh tegur psl kite dh gemok..

whatever diet pn sbnrnye basic dia kene byk mkn sayur..mcm kite xle ikut sgt diet atkins... jd tambah gemok nnt...
skang kite minum SD2 je..
menjelang 46days lg ni.. bersungguh2..

tp gigih la awk mkn sayur2 tu kan.. n salad... huhu..

yg penting kna bersenam jgak ..

heee ...iera campur sikit ng ayam @ daging @ sosej @ ham ...coz kalo mkn daun tuh je mmg serious xlalu ..huhuhuhu ...

n untuk dressing iera pkai mayo , mustard n olive oil ...depends pd citarasa masing2 ...

p/s : iera makan salad sambil tgk tv taw , taw2 da hbs 1 pinggan ...hehehehe baru la xrasa kita nih ngah makan salad ..

tp kan badan memasing x sama kan..
dh buat yg terbaik pn, still x bpe nk trn, trn skit2 je ms puasa aritu.. haiii, kne try wat posa lak laa...

ok, tengkiu bg menu.. esok nk bli kat pasar laaa.. skagn ni klu nk lalu makn, kite wat sup sayur tambah udang... selera la skit kan nk mkn..
klu daun semata2..aduhhh ..
seksa tul bdan nk kurus...
tp bile pk blk baju nk paki ms sanding nnt.. kene la bertabah hati.. hehehe

bintang hati : btol2 , lain bdn , lain la cara dia ... bersenam kna lebih sikit (mayb ??)

awak lh pelbagaikan salad tuh , xsemestinye hijau jew taw ...law suke mkn pedas , letak la babas chili powder tuh n campurkn ng mayo , xpon nk lg kaww mcm iera , iera potong cili padi tuh halus2 ...

bselera la sikit t ..but make sure jgn ada yg goreng2 dlm salad tuh ..law nk sgt pon gorng ng olive oil ...

n 1 more tips, make sure awak mkn 3x sehari ...jgn skip2 taw ...

kalau nk ratah mkn salad mcm tu je , iera pon xlalu ..
ier pon last week wat ayam popcorn ala2 kfc tuh n cmpur kat salad ...
bselera la jgak ..
da msk minggu ke3 , iera da lost 3.5kg ...
nnt share la brape da trn k ..
